How does the free trial work?
Every new user gets a 48-hour free trial. Just create an account, connect your Telegram bot, and start chatting immediately - no credit card required.
After 24 hours, we'll send you a reminder email. If you don't subscribe within 48 hours, your bot will be paused (but your data and configuration are preserved for 30 days).
Do I need my own AI API key?
No! AI is included in your subscription. We use MiniMax M2.5, a powerful AI model with strong reasoning capabilities and 200k context window. You don't need to sign up for any external services or manage API keys.
How do I create a Telegram bot?
1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
3. Copy the token BotFather gives you
4. Paste it during onboarding
Who can chat with my bot?
By default, only you can chat with your bot. During setup, you provide your Telegram User ID, and only that account is allowed. This keeps your bot private and secure.
How do I find my Telegram User ID?
Message @userinfobot on Telegram. It will reply with your User ID (a number like 123456789).
What is the bot's memory?
Your bot remembers context from your conversations. You can view and clear this memory from the Dashboard under Quick Actions > Bot Memory.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Use the 'Download My Data' button in Quick Actions to export all your bot's configuration and workspace data as a ZIP file.
What happens if I cancel?
Your bot will stop running when your subscription ends. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
